Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods, provided that you have ordered one or more goods in the context of a uniform order and these are delivered uniformly.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, plese inform me of your decision to withdraw from the purchase by emailing me at vexnir.art@gmail.com or by using the contact page on this website. Please state your intent and the order number in your message.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of the cancellation

If you cancel your purchase, I will refund it in full. If the order had already been shipping by the time of cancellation, I will only refund you after receiving the items back.

You must return or hand over the goods to me without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you you have notified me of the cancellation/return. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of 14 days.

Please note you will be responsible of covering the direct costs of returning the goods.

The returned goods must be in the same condition you have received them in. You will only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.
